Our Twinsburg location has openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts for Press Operators. These are permanent full time openings. This is an opportunity to work for a great company with excellent benefits and high pay potential.
$15.50 base wage per hour, with a training bonus of $2.50 an hour during your first 90 days
After 90 days of employment you’ll have the opportunity to earn hundreds of extra dollars per month based on your performance. Bonuses are paid monthly.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Able to monitors assigned area for any safety issues that may arise.
- Reports any barriers that may jeopardize Safety, Quality, and / or Production.
- Able to work overtime.
- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds often, stand, bend and reach constantly throughout the shift.
- Able to troubleshoot molding issues as necessary to meet expectations.
- Exhibits good housekeeping at all times.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background test.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must be capable of pushing/pulling a mold from the press safely; or without potential harm to the tooling and/or equipment associated with the molding operation.
- Must be capable of wearing all PPE associated with the job function.
- Satisfactory completion of Operator training program.
