Eliminate Defects Prior to Manufacturing

  • Mold flow simulation software designed and calibrated specifically for individual rubber compounds, is used during mold design to ensure proper placement of fill gates and vents. Proven to find and correct defects before manufacturing, this same software offers the advantage of establishing the process parameters, including temperature, pressure and time for the molding cycle
  • Industry-leading CAM (computer-aided-manufacturing) software, used by each technician to program the CNC equipment, ensures every custom molded rubber component gets special attention for fit and finish

Increase Mold Longevity

  • Longevity is increased by using high grade materials, specialized heat treating and coating processes and wasteless/flashless tooling which allows inserts to be replaced without building a new mold
